General Rules and Conditions

• Anyone making a reservation with us automatically agrees to our general conditions and house rules. By making a reservation for the UmiNooz apartment, you accept these conditions.
• As a courtesy and for the well-being of all, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
• Please refrain from wearing shoes inside. Use the slippers provided and leave your shoes in the designated area.
• Please remove all jewelry.
• Nooz stands for luxury, tranquility, and privacy. You are renting an apartment for private use, located in a high-class residence with many other apartments (SkyTower). The apartment should not be used for any other purpose. Everything has been done to ensure your tranquility and privacy in the apartment, as well as that of other residents in the building. While you can fully enjoy your stay and the facilities offered by the apartment, it is strictly prohibited to use it for loud parties, gatherings, events, commercial activities, or any other activities that may disturb the tranquility of other residents. In addition to the mentioned restrictions, the respect for the tranquility and well-being of other residents must always be observed. Guests agree that Nooz has the right to enforce this and, in case of misuse, to ask guests to leave the apartment immediately (without any form of compensation). Guests are also expected to abide by the internal regulations they agreed to upon booking.
• The settings of the equipment should never be altered by guests. For example, the audio system has volume limitations.
• In case of any material damage caused to UmiNooz, you will be charged for it. Please notify us within an hour of your arrival if anything is missing or defective. Anything not reported will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged accordingly.
• If you break something made of glass or ceramic, you can either replace it yourself with an equivalent product or pay for it at cost price upon your departure so that we can replace it.
• Always make sure to lock everything. Do not give thieves a chance!
• Respect your neighbors both during the day and at night. In case of complaints, after an initial warning, third parties have the right to ask you to leave the UmiNooz apartment immediately without any refund.
• Despite our strict controls, technical failures may still occur. This is entirely our responsibility and cannot be used as a reason for claims or refunds.
• Nudity is prohibited outside.
• Nooz has the right to enter the UmiNooz apartment in case of suspicion of excessive alcohol abuse, drug use, noise, or violence.
• If such a situation is detected without any justification, we have the right to immediately request that you leave the UmiNooz apartment, without any form of compensation. If refused, Nooz may call a security agent and/or the police.
• It is strictly prohibited to allow entry to anyone other than the persons who have made the reservation for the UmiNooz apartment. If this is discovered, it will be considered as trespassing, and the police may be informed. Nooz then has the right to immediately request that you leave the apartment, without any form of compensation. If refused, Nooz may call a security agent and/or the police.
• We have both an indoor and an outdoor jacuzzi in the UmiNooz apartment. The outdoor jacuzzi cannot be used between 10 PM in the evening and 10 AM in the morning. If you still wish to enjoy a relaxing soak, you can always use the indoor jacuzzi with the same magnificent view.
• To ensure safety and privacy, a camera with motion detection is installed at the entrance of the apartment. It is used exclusively to prevent burglaries and as evidence in case of unauthorized presence. Of course, there are no cameras in the other rooms to guarantee your privacy 100%.
• Nooz is not responsible if objects on the terrace are blown away by the wind and cause damage to third parties. The cover of the outdoor jacuzzi must be securely fastened to it with 4 latches when the jacuzzi is not in use. When the outdoor jacuzzi is being used, the cover must be securely placed between the jacuzzi and the sauna's exterior window. Our guests are expected to act as responsible individuals.
• The management cannot be held liable for loss of items or accidents.
• Any specific requests? Never hesitate to ask us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate them. During your experience, no one will be present, and we will not come to make any modifications.

Liability

As a guest, you are responsible for the correct use of the facilities provided by Nooz or the products supplied. In no event can Nooz be held liable for accidents, bodily or material damage caused by the use of products provided by Nooz to the guest or a third party. Nooz is not responsible and cannot be held in default. Therefore, we will not be required to provide compensation for any reason. Please use the facilities and products responsibly and always ensure that objects on the terrace cannot be blown away by the wind. Nooz is not responsible for the loss of items and damage caused to third parties.
